Hello hello,
One evening when I was doing my rounds on itunes for new music I stumbled across the band "Real Estate". They only have one album out so far (self-titled, released in '09) but they've garnered a lot of attention over the past year, due in large part to playing the Primavera Festival in Barcelona and the Pitchfork Fest in Chicago. After listening to their whole album, I can't say I found a song that truly disappoints. Many of the songs are downtempo but all are uppers in the sense that they make one think of better times ahead. This recording is from their set at the Primavera, in Juan Miro park in Barcelona.
